Our stay at Palma Riad - Adults Only was absolutely delightful. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet street, just steps away from the vibrant shopping district and charming old town. The courtyard, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, was simply stunning. The room we stayed in was spacious and decorated beautifully, with a lovely day bed for afternoon siestas. The air conditioning was fantastic, a rare luxury in the Mediterranean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mallorca.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel located right in the heart of the city. The location was perfect - we were down a small alleyway, but still close to some excellent restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable and proper beds of 2 metres by 2.10, and a beautiful in-house restaurant. The staff were the best part of our stay, being genuinely interested in our wellbeing, courteous, and always helpful - they even gave us a free room upgrade! The cleanliness of the room was also on point, with all the amenities we needed.

Located in a bustling area amongst narrow streets and alleys, this hotel immerses guests in the true local atmosphere. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the city centre is easy to explore on foot. The rooms are beautifully presented, and the decor transports guests to an authentic Moroccan Riad. The staff are always welcoming and go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

The buffet breakfast options are slightly limited, but the cooked egg breakfast is tasty.

We recently stayed in a hotel over the Christmas period and found it to be one of the most visually appealing hotels we've stayed in. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with so many things to see and do. The fact that the hotel had a nice restaurant was also a bonus, which we enjoyed very much.

We were disappointed that there were no leisure facilities in the hotel. We expected at least a pool or a spa, but there was none.

The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The in-room breakfast was a highlight, with freshly prepared items that catered to my dietary requirements.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the restaurant, where a delayed delivery resulted in cold food. However, the server was accommodating and didn't charge for the dish.

We were expecting a buffet, but instead were given a limited menu to choose from, which was a bit of a letdown. the cooked breakfast we ordered was average at best.

The hotel had everything we needed for a lit vacation. The outdoor pool was so cool, we spent all day chillin' and splashing around. The 24-hour front desk was mad convenient, we could party all night and never worry about getting back. And the best part? The hotel had a nightclub! We danced like there was no tomorrow, it was wild!

But yo, the only thing we would've asked for is if the nightclub stayed open all night. We were having the time of our lives and didn't want the party to end.

The hotel exceeded all expectations with its 10/10 room, staff, and location. We received a free room upgrade for my birthday celebration, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The in-house restaurant was also beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Despite some minor inconveniences like the frantic movement sensored lighting in the wardrobes and occasional issues with water and electrics, the overall experience at Palma Riad was exceptional. The gracious staff, including Lucas, Daniel, and the entire team, made us feel at home and catered to our needs. We were even provided with alternative vegetarian options by the chef, which was highly appreciated. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering a visual treat, comfortable beds, and luxurious baths. Although we encountered some ants in our room, the hotel quickly addressed the issue and even went above and beyond to apologize with a bottle of champagne. Palmariad truly stands out from other hotels, with its small-scale charm, exquisite decoration, and attentive service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Palma de Mallorca.

In the room I stayed in, there was no chair to sit on and the television had frequent signal loss. It was not ideal having to sit or lie on the bed to watch TV.
